Looking for help with your Tropical Storm Claim?

tropical storm flood damage claim - public adjusters can help

A recent un-named storm system has created extensive flooding throughout the West Coast of Florida around the Tampa area.  Unfortunately, these types of storms often create disputes between insureds and the insurance companies that they pay to protect them from this type of loss.  The licensed Florida Public Adjusters at Claim Concepts are experienced with Flood Damage Claims and know how to help Flood victims navigate their way through the claim process to recover full and proper compensation for their losses.

Complimentary Flood Claim Consultation with a Florida Public Adjuster!

If you have a flood claim through the NFIP it is ESSENTIAL that you file a Signed Proof of Loss within 60 days of the date of loss unless they offer an extension but do  not count on them offering the extension.  Failure to file the proper forms in the time frame as indicated in the policy could result in your claim being denied.  Do not count on the Flood Adjuster to take care of this or advise you of the same, it is your responsibility to follow all post loss obligations as stated in the policy.

We have been assisting many homeowners throughout Florida with storm-related claims.  Many of the properties have suffered damages from roof leaks and flood waters.  Storms like these create many insurance claim disputes as the damages are typically not as obvious damages as you would see after a large Hurricane.  These are the types of losses where the use of a reputable Public Adjuster is going to prove invaluable.

Our job at Claim Concepts is to help people like you that experience damage to their property due to a Tropical Storm.  Our passion and expertise are to put an accurate dollar value on your loss and relentlessly fight to recover it from your insurance company.  We don’t work for the insurance company, we work directly for you with ONLY your interests in mind…let us fight for you!

Your insurance company employs an adjuster to work on its behalf.  These adjusters are paid and trained by your insurance company, do they have your best interest in mind?  Insurance companies do not make any money paying claims, actually, the claims division is most likely their largest expense and therefore the easiest place for them to increase their bottom line.

We are State licensed Public Insurance Adjusters.  Greg Roover, the owner of Claim Concepts brings experience working on both sides of the fence, being trained by the Big Insurance Companies he knows how they work, think and act.  His experience working on both sides has helped many property owners achieve the claim settlement that they deserved.

You probably have enough to deal with right now. Our job includes the preparation of building damage estimates, contents inventory lists and documenting your other losses. We handle all the tedious tasks of compiling, filing and settling claims.
