Insurance Estimates

Looking for Insurance Estimates because your insurance company asked you to provide 3 estimates?

Be careful what you do upon your insurance company asking for 3 insurance estimates.  Most homeowners and business owners simply call in 3 contractors, get 3 estimates and submit them to the insurance company in hopes of a quick and easy claim settlement.  This does NOT benefit the insured and I am yet to see an insurance policy that states this a ‘duty after the loss’.  If your estimates come in low, they may get paid but if they are higher than the insurance company wants to pay they will simply not pay it for one reason or another.

The truth is that Insurance Estimates are much different than the typical Estimate that you would receive from a contractor.  The main difference is that contractors are typically not familiar with what is and is not covered in the policy and they will typically write an estimate that will repair damages but not always indemnify you as the insured.  Utilizing experience and training working for both the Insurance Companies and Numerous Insureds, we know how to compile a detailed estimate of damages based on your policy.

We were originally trained to prepare estimates by the big insurance companies, we know what they are looking for.  Based on our expertise in this are our firm is often retained by Attorneys, Contractors and Property Owners to compile a detailed Property Damage Valuation Estimates.  We prepare our estimates utilizing tools familiar to the insurance companies, we speak the same language

Greg and Jessie were very professional and got the job done! Greg was very patient with me while explaining the process and various options to resolve my claim. The final result is certainly more than I would have obtained on my own. - 6/02/2020

I have done a few claims with insurance companies over the years. It's never easy and the insurance company goes in with the upper hand because they do that all day every day. Well we had a claim started and we were made an offer by the insurance company which I thought was a little bit low. I started by doing an internet search for an attorney but they wanted way too high of a % or they just weren't interested. Along the way I came across Claim Concepts and researched a little more about public adjusters. The insurance company sends an adjuster to represent their best interests and so I figured I would give them a shot at representing my best interests like the insurance company had. Since I had already been offered an amount and the insurance company had already cut a check with final payment on it, it would give me a very good idea of whether or not hiring a public adjuster was beneficial or not. In conclusion, Claim Concepts took over the claim and kept me very much in the loop with emails telling me exactly what was going on and where we were in the process. They were very nice and had it ended there and Claim Concepts were not able to get me any more money I would have been satisfied because I knew they had tried every angle to try and get us the money we were owed. Claim Concepts was able to get more than 6 times the amount the insurance company had sent a check for. So, now I am a believer. Not just in a public adjusters, but Claim Concepts public adjusters. I will never deal directly with an insurance company again. Thank you so much Claim Concepts. - 4/18/2021

I dealt with Gregg, he was very professional. My insurance company wanted to give me $11,000. After contacting Gregg, he looked at my policy discovered I was entitled to a lot more things that they didn't pay me for. With his ideas and techniques I got a total of $33,000. Nice Job! - 6/20/2018

Great experience working with Greg at Claim Concepts. Insurance company originally paid me $1400 and after getting Claim Concepts involved we recovered an additional $21,500! My only regret is not hiring them sooner as once they got involved I was relieved of all the stress of dealing with the insurance company and clearly they knew exactly what to do. I highly recommend them to anyone with a claim. - 10/02/2017
