Looking for the best Public Adjuster Firm to start or further your Public Adjusting career in Florida or Georgia?
Claim Concepts is a boutique Public Adjuster Firm. Our corporate culture is one in where our #1 goal is to ensure that each and every one of our clients recovers the true maximum settlement for their loss. Our focus is NOT on profits, it is on adding value to our clients as we believe if you do the right thing the profits will come.
Our firm will add value to everyone from the licensed and experienced Public Adjuster to the brand new candidate that is interested in entering the field through our apprenticeship program. We offer an aggressive incentive package which allows our adjusters to handle the portion of the claim that they are most interested and suited for.
What do Public Adjusters do on a daily basis?
There are 3 main parts of what a Public Adjuster does for a on a day to day basis.
- Marketing, Networking, and/or Sales.
- Evaluating and documenting the loss. This includes Building Damage Estimates, Lists of Damaged Personal Property, Analyzing and documenting Loss of Use, etc.
- Communicating and Negotiating a fair settlement with the insurance company and their representatives.
Here at Claim Concepts we understand that everyone is unique and has their own strengths, weaknesses and interests. We are willing to work with Public Adjusters that would like to do all of the above mentioned items or only the parts they are interested in. Some people are great in the field but not at marketing, others like the marketing but don’t wish to get involved in the negotiating or fighting with the insurance company. We are flexible and work as a team while allowing everyone to perform the tasks that they are best suited for and enjoy.
We are looking to hire Licensed Public Adjusters and even those that are not yet licensed to become involved in our Apprentice Program. We currently have offices in Florida & Georgia and handle claims statewide in both. We also have licensed South Carolina Public Adjusters on staff with plans to open an office there as well.
If you are in a state that we are not yet servicing and feel that it could be mutually beneficial to open an office, please let us know. We are always open to the idea of expanding into other states where our services are needed.
For those that are not yet licensed, having a background in Adjusting for the Insurance Companies or in Construction is preferable but not necessary.
