Greg, Eric, and the crew were a pleasure to work with. In fact, I would never have received any money from my claim without them. Extremely professional and extremely helpful. I always received callbacks, and always answered any questions I ever had. Was probably one of the best companies that I’ve ever worked with. I’m not even kidding. I actually asked an attorney friend of mine what he thought about my claim. He actually told me that I probably did not have a chance. However, CLAIM CONCEPTS said otherwise. They came to my home and evaluated the damage extensively. They formulated an immaculate professional report and did extensive research on my policy to make possible the best chance I had to recover my losses. We hired Claim Concepts after Hurricane Ian hit Port Charlotte. Our neighbor used this firm after Charlie hit in 2005 and held them in high regard. When Jesse and Eric came to our home they found damages that we nor the Insurance Adjuster had written up. The insurance adjuster identified $20K in damages. Claim Concepts number was much higher, we paid out $100K in out of pocket expenses. We finally settled for $85K after our deductable with attorney representation, the attorney was referred to us by Claim Concepts.
Hiring Claims Concepts was one of the best decisions that my wife and I have made. A remarkable group of good, sincere people with a strong work ethic. They turned a stressful situation into a positive outcome. The only regret we have is not hiring them sooner. We would recommend them without any hesitation. After not getting any help from my home insurance company, I learned from a colleague about an public adjuster and what they do. I hired Claims Concept and they were a big help and a crucial part in my case. Eventually, I had to hire an attorney and won my case (14 months later). It was a long process and lots of stress but totally worth it. The guys at Claims Concept know what they are doing and I would recommend.

My house caught on fire in late March 2019. Initially I tried to deal with insurance adjuster myself but it quickly became too much work for me to handle.Fortunately, my boss was in a similar situation and highly recommended me to talk to Claim Concepts. I contacted Greg Roover (the owner), we had a great conversation and contracted CC to be my public adjuster. I met with Eric Thomas (one of Greg’s associates, super friendly and professional) the next day to previewed my burnt house and went over logistic.4 months later not only did I got my insurance claim approved, Eric managed to get the full insured amount as well. I highly recommend Claim Concepts as public adjusters. They delivered a solid financial result from my insurance claim. More than I could have achieved on my own, I believe. Let me explain.The claims process is a black box process and a home owner needs someone like Claim Concepts who speaks the insurance claims language and knows the complex claims process. During the 6 month process, Claims Concepts continually prodded my insurer to keep it moving forward. This would be difficult for average homeowner. They assessed my house damage and created a damage report in the insurance company format. So everything was apples to apples. This would not be possible for the average homeowner. Claim Concepts knows what should be in a claim that will get paid. They are very ethical.Eric and Greg are good guys
Due to a water pipe leak in between my first and second floor bathrooms, I sustained quite a bit of damage. All I knew to do was to contact my insurance company. They sent out a claims adjuster who looked at the obvious damage and created a claim that just fell short of my deductible. When looking for a company to repair the damage, it was becoming apparent that the damage could be more significant than originally quoted by the claims adjuster.That is when it was brought to my attention that there was someone out there who could support those findings and have my best interest in mind. That's when I found Claims Concepts. I had no idea that this type of business even existed. Insurance companies can be a bit intimidating, especially if you're not in the construction business. I called Claims Concepts and worked with Greg, who substantiated the information that there was more damage than the adjuster quoted. He took over from that point on and worked on my behalf with my insurance company, to make sure that all damages were properly covered.

We had a water leak in our house. We called insurance and they send an appraisal guy to determine the damaged. What a bad experience when he gave me instructions of what to do taking pictures forward to him etc. When the insurance final the case they send us a check for much less to cover all the damage.We found Greg Hoover, He response immediately and guides us in what to to do. He fought for us with the insurance company and we get exactly He told us in his appraisal. Highly recommended him. Very professional
